Throughout my professional life, I have learned many things. How to manage, how to grow, how to set goals, how to achieve...
But I must admit, the most valuable 30 years of experience that guided me did not come from diplomas or books; it came from the life of my mother, Jale Tezer. She taught me this:
Education begins not with knowledge, but with love.

I learned from her that information given without looking into a child's eyes, without touching their heart, remains incomplete.
I saw from her that discipline cannot exist without love, and that success grows with trust, not with fear.
And I know very well that the understanding is at the foundation of every step we take today.
We are blending education with love.
We are combining knowledge with trust.
We see success not as an end, but as a natural process.

The proliferation of our schools and training centers is not just numerical growth;
It is the multiplication of love.
It is a child saying, "I can do it";
It is a parent being able to entrust their child to us with peace of mind.
It is a teacher knowing they are not alone.

At the point we have reached today, I can proudly say:
We are collectively building an educational approach that places success at its center but never forgets the individual, that advocates for discipline but does not abandon love, that aims for the future but walks with its values.
